Need a comfort food meal in about 20 minutes? We threw Cheesy Chicken and Cabbage skillet together last night before heading out the door for a meeting. YUMMY!
As the weather cools, I finally feel like baking again!! For years we have made large batches of muffins for the freezer because I don't fix breakfast anymore. Since I am following the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan I have been converting family favorites to be sugar free. Everyone IS SUPER glad that this Sugar Free Spice Muffin recipe is just as good as the original.
Holiday parties are on our horizon and there is always a big New Year’s Bash that our family goes to at the grandparents. So to make parties easier for my daughter, Elizabeth, who has food sensitivities to rice, corn, eggs & wheat the plan is to take her own food and party on as normal.
Combine all these in a blender & give it a whirl. If it isn't thick enough? Add more ice. Too thick? Add more almond milk. Really it tastes like a snickers. So very good!
*This is a FP version for THMer's out there. Add some MCT oil if you want a more filling S "meal"
