We love this recipe. It is different that our other chicken recipes but it is super easy & delicious!
1/2 cup soy sauce(use a low salt one!)
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp vegetable or sesame oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1-1/2 pounds chicken-whole breasts work or you can do chicken strips
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
Stir together ingredients and pour in to a quart freezer bag .
On serving day, thaw and pour in to a baking dish. Bake on 350 for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
